Did those phone shops from yesterday this AM as soon as I woke up, and have gotten BH to remove the Ocean and Monmouth and Ewing shops from my rotation, so now all I have to deal with are the ones up here, but they shouldn't be that bad. That's over half my shops, and accordingly, half my money, but this month is too insane for any more than that.

Mom's car is leaking oil badly, I had to bring her 4 quarts but not 10 minutes after she put it in, her light went on again. Good think I decided to follow her home instead of just drive off, we waited (only about 15 minutes) for the AAA tow truck and brought the stupid thing to Bob's, where she (just yesterday) got it back after $800 worth of repairs! I think Bob might not be as good a repairman as we'd hoped, she spends a bloody fortune there every year and it's always got these problems.

Ok today has pretty much sucked. Just one frustrating thing after another, and GODDAMNIT I'm mad at myself. I completely, absolutely forgot about doing the phone shops I needed to do, and didn't look at my schedule and forgot that I had two teller shops out in Clinton, and so I'm 5 fucking shops late. The people at Commerce must think I'm a sodding idiot.

I have asked them AGAIN to switch my branches around so my shops aren't all over the bleeding state, BH didn't get back to me last week as I'd hoped. Pretty tired of driving all over creation for this, after I'd specifically TOLD THEM what the deal was, and they assigned me to these wacky, far-out places, and none anywhere near each other. I mean, if I had all the Hunterdon Co. ones due in one week, not a problem-- do them in two days, easy. But to have them all sprinkled a few this week, a few the next, is v. inconvenient. Same for the Ocean Co. ones.

So now I'm totally furious with myself, I could have at least gotten those goddamned phone shops done, and only been 2 teller shops in the red. And this week coming up, I've got at least 4 days I've got to spend driving out to Flemington, Toms River, etc. The last week is when school will have started, and hopefully won't be TOO bad, but still 3 days on the road. I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS.

I am NOT GOOD at nitpicky lil details like this

Busy day! Made about a thousand phone calls this AM, chatted at length with Lisa, who replaced me at BRA. Going to have lunch with her this weekend. Drove down the shore, did three shops, went to Mary's. Ate, yakked, ate some more, yakked some more. Came home drove Mom to get her car. Fun, exhausting day. ( 10:47 PM )

Coloured a wreath at the prep thingy for BGI, was too precise and "medieval", Merlynia wanted it more Roman and "cartoonish" so wouldn't let me any more :( Next time (perhaps next weekend) she'll forget and I can try again, in more Roman style, lol.

Had nice carb-laden supper with V at a diner, and pots and pots of hot tea, as is v. cold today. Then she came back here with me and helped me clean my room! Was v. messy, threw away much. Yay me! And yay V!

Must now bring Mom's car to Bob's for a final repair, as will be too far to bring car for fixing after the move.

Listening to: "Redemption Song" by Jackson Browne. Who is a really good singer.

Woke up early, for some reason. Am freezing-cold, and still tired. Going w/ V to so prep work for Black Gryphon Inn (of which don't know the date, sometime soon?). Am lousy artist, hoping it will be colouring rather than painting. Am good at staying within the lines.
